What is a Funatical Backorder?

A Backorder is when any product on the Funatical Website is currently out of stock and you submit the Funatical Backorder List Form and complete the transaction at the Checkout. We then recieve the backorder and the products you have selected plus any additional information you may have added. Once any of the out of stock products have arrivied here at Funatical , when then inform you that your order is ready to be sent out to your choosen shipping address once payment has been processed.

Do I Have to Pay for Funatical Backorders before I recieve them?

No. We have created the Backorder List Form so that you can easily & quickly secure thier copy of the products you have selected to be backordered. Once you have completed the Backorder Form, you then add the Form to you Shopping Cart, and from there you can continue browsing the Funatical Website for more great Toys, Games, Puzzles and Art & Craft or complete the transaction by going throught the Checkout process.

When will my Backorder Arrive?

Once we recieve any out of stock items into stock, we then send out an email to you informing you that your backordered product(s) have arrived and the details on how to pay for your backorder. Once we confirm & process your payment, when then ship your backorder to your shipping address choosen.
Did you know we also do Gift wrapping, so if you wish to purchase any products as a Gift, we will hand wrap each product and send the gift to your nominated address

How do I Cancel a Backorder?

If you wish to cancel any Backorders, just send us a quick email to web@funatical.com.au and quote your order number which can be found in your orders section in your customer dashboard. We will then change the status of the backorder to cancelled and remove your details from our backorder list.
